BrightsideUNIAID has developed a groundbreaking set of fun online coaching activities to support young people who are taking part in ementoring.
These engaging tasks are designed to help mentees build key skills and provide mentors with a great way structure and add focus to their mentoring relationships.
Funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), the activities have been developed in consultation with young people to address a broad range of personal development topics, such as confidence-building, goal-setting, study skills and course and career pathways.
The activities are aligned to the national curriculum and complement the Aimhigher learner progression framework.
They include separate modules which have been tailored for learners in key stages 3, 4 or 5.
Mentees and mentors who are participating in BrightsideUNIAID’s Bright Links ementoring programme, are now able to access the activities from the Bright Training area of the site.
